Review: A
spectacular cast and
a decent story makes this one a classic for the collection. Not just a
movie about a killer asteroid, we had enough of them to choke a black
hole, this one goes a little deeper and develops a viable story around
the drilling crew destined to save the earth and the NASA crew assigned
to get them to the job site, on a killer asteroid. The most troubling
part is, this is too real of a potential threat to ignore, but the
movie pulls no punches and it draws you in. Very good character
development, which is nigh on impossible with such a large cast, and a
very strong story, told well and smoothly, it is a definite
recommendation to all.
