Plot: Max stumbles on the only slice of civilization in the australian outback, a place called Barter Town. Barter Town is a place where anything is for sale, and Max gets tied up in local politics, much to his unfortunate luck. From there Max becomes the saviour of a lost tribe of children. Life seems a bit strange and particularly short inside Thunderdome.

Bill's Review: Max is most definatley back! This one tones down some to appeal to a wider audience, but it still has it's share of adventure and laughs. The story takes place in Post Apocalyptic Australia, so life is hard, and short. The Lost Children seemed a bit odd in this story, but worked as a tool to lead into the final battle between the designes of Barter Town and Max. You cant have a Mad Max movie without a vehicle chase of epic proportions, and this is no acception, just with a twist. Of course it has a copious amount of violence, but little blood, and the language is toned down some so it's below the R barrier. Very enjoyable for the Max fans, and those who like a good car chase battle scene or two.
