Fraser is a lonely hapless patsy in a world of careless, faceless
mediocrity. Much to his misery he's apparently doomed to a life of
loneliness and failure. When a stunning woman approaches him to give
him seven wishes, he thinks there HAS to be a catch. Of course there
is, the Princess of Darkness doesn't just give wishes out of the

Review:
Pretty simple story
really, and it's only saving grace is Fraser's innate ability to pull
off an innocent misery so well. The various situations he finds himself
in are pretty humorous and gives one pause to think about what could go
wrong with any seemingly simple wish. The disastrous results of his
wishes make the rest of the film bearable and it has pitfalls of
miserable dreck and brilliant moments of hysterical mirth. Much of the
humor is aimed at older teens and adults, besides, most kids below the
teens would miss a lot of the humor. You might consider renting this
one on a slow night before considering whether you should purchase it.
